If you don't receive this email either, the most common reason is usually due to a typo in the email address entered at checkout. If that happens, contact me and I will update your order details with the correct address and re-send the emails.

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

✅ You haven’t downloaded the files yet
If the product hasn't been accessed or downloaded, you're eligible for a refund.

✅ The product is defective or not working as described
If there’s a technical issue that prevents you from using the product as advertised, and I can't resolve it - you will get a refund.

✅ Duplicate purchase
If you accidentally bought the same product twice, I’ll gladly issue a refund for the second purchase. Just send your receipt/order number.

Refunds are not offered in the following cases:

❌ You don't have the required software or knowledge to use the product

❌ You changed your mind after purchase
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final once the files have been accessed.

❌ You thought the product was something else
Please read the full product description, check the preview images, and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

❌ You purchased the item by mistake but already downloaded the files
Once files are downloaded, they are considered “used” and cannot be refunded.
