Grainy Glow is a free Photoshop template that creates, well, a grainy glow effect. It works on both text and one-color elements such as logos or vectors.
The template is provided as a PSD file with smart object replacement, where you can add your design. The color of the effect is editable, and you also have the option to adjust the opacity of the grunge overlays, as well as editing the glow amount via layer effects and smart filters.
